3. Ordering and Purchasing Policy

3.1 Paste-a-link orders. We quote from the retailer’s price at that moment. Before buying we check item, size, colour, seller and condition. New, used or refurbished is always shown.

3.2 Approved sellers. We buy from listed UK retailers and from marketplace sellers that meet our standard. We may decline any link.

3.3 Speed. We aim to buy within one working day of payment.

3.4 Retailer cancels. If a retailer cancels or cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

3.5 Before you order. Check size, voltage and plug compatibility, and warranty. UK manufacturer warranties may not apply in Ghana. We offer no warranty beyond the retailer’s and manufacturer’s terms.
