12. Unclaimed and Abandoned Parcels

12.1 After two failed delivery attempts we hold the parcel and notify you by SMS, WhatsApp and email.

12.2 Storage is free for 14 days. From day 15 a fee per day applies and will be communicated to you.

12.3 At day 60 we send a final notice. At day 90 we may sell or dispose of goods to recover charges, as the law allows, and refund any surplus.
